I. Application
Please complete and sign the the application form. Your application cannot be processed without the following:
- Intensive and Combined Courses, One to One/Two to One Classes: A payment of 65 € (enrolment fee) and a deposit of 30% (non-refundable) of the course price is necessary to reserve, as well as a 60 € courier fee if necessary. Upon receipt of this payment, the course will be reserved and Club de Español, Hiedra Centers, S.L.U. will issue a confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid at least three weeks prior to the program's start date.
- Extensive courses: A payment of 65 € (enrolment fee) is necessary to reserve a program with Club de Español.
You must bring the following with you:
- A copy of your passport
- 2 photographs

II. Payment details
By bank transfer:
(Please note that all bank charges must be paid by the sender. To pay by personal check, please contact the school for information on possible supplementary charges.)
- By cash: in Euros
- By credit card: Visa or Master Card (3% surcharge apply)
III. Shedule changes and make up of classes
- If you miss a class you can not make it up.
- Extensive course: If two holidays within one week are in days of class, the lessons of one day will be made up.
- Intensive and Combined Courses: In case of two holidays within one week (Monday to Friday), one day of the missed lessons will be made up.
- Club de Español reserves the right to modify any group course if it does not have the minimum number of students to be formed at a particular level or time. The modified course will always be of equal or greater value compared with the original course. Upon paying the deposit, the student accepts all of the terms and conditions outlined.
IV. Placement tests & levels
Students will take a placement test prior to class assignment to determine the appropriate level. Each course has an individual curriculum to ensure rapid acquisition of language skills in order to achieve specific goals.
V. Saturday classes and early classes
Classes before 9:00 am and Saturday classes will have a supplement of 3 € / hour. Please contact us for further information.
VI. Insurance
Students under 18 must purchase the insurance plan we provide. Additionally, students over 18 are obligated to purchase said insurance or prove that they already have their own insurance.
VII. Cancellation
- Any changes made to a confirmed Intensive or Combined Course and/or accommodation will incur a charge of 80 €.
- Students who want to continue their course after a break, must pay an administrative fee of 25 €.

- All refunds will carry an additional administrative charge of 10% (with a maximum of 100 €).
- Club de Español, Hiedra Centers, S.L.U. cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to Act of God, health, visa rejection or personal problems.
- If Club de Español, Hiedra Centers, S.L.U. rejects your application or cancels a class, refund will be made within 30 days. Please note that representatives may have refund polices that are different from those of Club de Español, Hiedra Centers, S.L.U.
Accommodation
- All prices are valid until September 2008.
- All students requiring accommodation will be asked to pay a deposit 250 € (refundable when applying).
- Doubles rooms are only available for two people booking together.
- Prices for alternative types of accommodation (Private apartments, hostels, hotels, etc) are available on request.
- All accommodation is arranged from the Sunday evening before the course begins until the Saturday morning after the course ends. The prices quoted are for the same period. If it is impossible to arrange arrival and departure times in accordance with these days, extra nights can normally be arranged on payment of a supplement.
- Full fees must be paid at least three weeks prior to the program's start date.
- Any loss or damage that is caused by the student will be deducted from the deposit before the balance is returned.
- Shared apartment accommodation could be booked for 2 or 3 weeks as well.
- Private apartments are available all year round, but they are normally only available for periods of 4 weeks or more.
