Club de Español offers a wide variety of accommodation options to satisfy any student's needs.
All accommodations are carefully chosen: they are clean, safe, and accessible to public transportation. Club de Español is committed to ensuring you enjoy your stay in Madrid!
Option 1: Host Family
Living with a Spanish family is one of the best ways to achieve total immersion in Spanish language and culture (not to mention food) and practice what you learn in class.
Spanish families are welcoming and informal, and our host families are carefully chosen to ensure a great experience in an authentic Spanish environment. All families are within Madrid proper, ensuring easy transportation to and from the school. In some cases there may be 2 or 3 students in a particular family.
Students can choose between a single or double bedroom, as well as among a number of meal plans. In some cases the student may have an en-suite bathroom, for which there will be no extra charge. All prices except those for self-catering accommodation include laundry service by the host family.

Option 2: Flatshare
Flatshare affords the independent student a chance to live with other international students while studying in Madrid.
All flats have been carefully screened, and all are within Madrid proper and easily accessible by public transportation. Flats may have anywhere from three to seven bedrooms, accommodating six to ten people. Flats are totally furnished and have their own sheets and towels. All flats include a common kitchen, living room, and one or more bathrooms, depending on size. In some cases, students may have a private bathroom, for which there will be no extra charge. Common spaces will be cleaned once a week.
All accommodation is self-catering.

Deposit:
A refundable deposit is required for all accommodation. A deposit of 200€ is required for stays of four weeks or more; 100€ for a stay of three weeks; and 60€ for a stay of one or two weeks.
Notes
- Placement fee: 65€ (non-refundable). Courier fee (if necessary): 60€.
- Prices are quoted for "natural weeks", i.e. if students arrive on Monday, they will not have to leave until the following Monday. Prices will not vary by season.
- Prices are subject to change every January 1st.
- Reservations made prior to November 31st for accommodation during the following calendar year will be charged according to current prices.
